There are many recipes for kitten formulas. Some include gelatin, pedialyte and eggs, along with corn syrup. I typically use the milk mixed half-and-half with water and warmed. It is probably good to mix the milk with pedialyte if kittens are weak or slightly dehydrated. I also use PetTinic vitamin drops as directed by my vet, to make sure the kittens' diet is adequate.

In southeastern NC, Harris Teeter grocery stores and WalMart super centers both have the canned goat milk on the baking aisle, near other evaporated milk products. You can also order from the company's website.
